What is included in a standard shoot?
The standard package is $250 and includes up to 30 edited photos, a floor plan, a 3D virtual tour, about 1 hour on site, and next-day delivery.
How fast do photos come back?
Next-day is standard. Rush delivery for same-evening photos is available as a +$100 add-on.
How long is a typical shoot?
About 1 hour on site for a standard shoot.
What format do I receive, and how are photos delivered?
Deliverables are JPEG photos, up to 30 photos, sent as a gallery by email. The standard package also includes a floor plan and a 3D virtual tour.
Is prep different for vacant vs occupied homes?
No difference in prep. If vacant, Tony can shoot anytime (no need for an exact appointment time window the same way).
Do you shoot twilight or drone?
Twilight is on request. Drone / aerial photos are an add-on (+$100 for up to 10 aerial photos when conditions allow).
What does a large property cost?
Homes over 3,500 sq ft are +$50 per additional 1,000 sq ft.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel over 1 hour from KC is +$50. Send the address and Tony will confirm timing.
How do I book a listing shoot?

Based in Kansas City. Regularly shooting Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS, Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Fairway, Lenexa, Olathe, Shawnee, Mission, Merriam, Independence, Raytown, Grandview, Belton, Raymore, Westwood, Mission Hills, Bonner Springs, Basehor, Leavenworth, Atchison, Tonganoxie, Lawrence, Topeka, and nearby suburbs on both sides of the state line.
How long has Tony been photographing KC homes?
Tony has been photographing Kansas City homes since 2013.
